Hotel Policies and Booking Conditions
Usage Policy
- Pets are not allowed
- All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of Php10,000 will be charged for smoking inside the room.
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is at 12:00 PM
- The Hotel will not be liable for loss of any valuables or properties of guests inside their assigned room.
- Any damage to or loss of Hotel properties, such as room keys, remote controls, towels, linens, room furniture, will be charged to the guest’s account. A Safety Deposit Box is placed inside the room cabinet and is readily available for guest’s use.
Cancellation Policy
- No-shows and voluntary booking cancellations are non-refundable.
- Booking modifications are not allowed.
Terms and Conditions
- Full payment will be taken upon confirmation of online reservations.
- Room rate is valid for 2 persons only. Maximum of 4 persons can stay in below room categories subject to additional extra charge of Php800 nett (with breakfast) per person in excess of 2 persons.

- For the Family Suite, room rate is valid for 4 persons.
- A refundable Security Deposit of Php1,000 is required per room, per night upon check- in. This can be paid in cash or via credit card and is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.
- The Hotel shall not be responsible and liable to its guests for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity or in case of fortuitous event or any conditions beyond the Hotel’s control.
Child Policy
- Children aging 0-11 years old are Free of Charge if sharing room with parents/guardians using existing beds without breakfast.
- Ages 12 years old but below 18 years old are considered as adults and are subject to extra person charge of Php800nett (with breakfast) if room already has two other adult occupants.
Credit Card Policy
A valid government photo ID and the actual credit card used for payment must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. If the guest is not the credit card holder, a signed
authorization letter from the card holder, a copy of the credit card used (front panel only) and of the card holder’s valid ID, and guest’s valid ID must be presented upon check-in.
Serene La Playa Boracay reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this policy.
